Bird Fest "At a Glance"

In the "Pre-register" column:

--"Yes" denotes a trip for which ALL the participants must pre-register, beginning May 1 through the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce. Please note that if your desired trip is "Full" there may be no-shows, and therefore empty slots that we will fill from a waiting list of hopefuls who are present when the trip is almost ready to depart;

--"1/2" means that 1/2 of the participants may pre-register, but the remaining slots are saved for "first come, first served" on the day of the event (you may sign up 30 minutes before the departure time);

--"No" means no pre-registration is necessary. Just meet at the designated site 30 minutes before the event, and you can sign up.

The "Fee" column denotes the cost of the trip, if there is one. In an effort to cut down on "no shows," "$5R" means the trip has a $5 fee that must be paid when you register. When you go on that trip, you will receive a coupon to mail in after Bird Fest if you wish to have that fee refunded to you.

The "Full" column denotes trips where all pre-registered spaces are full, but there may be room on a waiting list and an opportunity to fill the spaces of "no shows." If this cell is blank, then there is room in the event for participants. Art shows, concerts, book signings, slide shows, kids events, have room to accomodate many people, and everyone is welcome.
